Hello, I’m Drew Hall, and I founded Core Built in 2025 with a vision to redefine the construction industry. With over 14 years of experience in residential construction, I’ve worked in nearly every capacity from carpenter to estimator, designer, and general contractor. Throughout my career, I’ve witnessed too many people being taken advantage of by contractors and insurance companies, and it’s that injustice that inspired me to create a company that stands firmly on integrity, trust, and excellence.

Our Team

Core Built is more than a construction company. It is a group of coworkers, colleagues, and friends who share a genuine passion for building.

Construction is a team effort, and every project relies on the collaboration of estimators, project managers, crew leaders, field carpenters, and office staff who work closely together to keep projects moving forward. Each role brings a different skill set, but everyone shares the same goal of doing quality work and taking pride in the finished result.

Our team learns from one another, supports one another, and pushes each other to keep improving. That shared mindset creates a work environment where people enjoy what they do and take ownership in the projects they help build.

At the end of the day, we are all working toward the same outcome to build things we are proud of and delivering results our clients can rely on.

Skilled Craftsmen and Specialized Trades

Much of the hands-on work is performed by experienced carpenters on our own team who take pride in their craft and the details that make a project stand out.

For specialized and licensed trades such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other technical work, we partner with carefully vetted subcontractors who meet the same standards we hold ourselves to. Before working together, we review the quality of their previous and current projects and verify that they are properly licensed, bonded, and insured.

Trade partners are also required to provide Certificates of Insurance listing our company as additionally insured and to sign agreements that establish clear expectations for professionalism, safety, and protection of the homeowner’s property.

Working with trusted trade partners allows each part of the project to be completed by professionals who specialize in their field while maintaining the quality and accountability our clients expect.

Tools, Equipment, and Technology

Core Built invests heavily in the tools, equipment, and technology needed to run projects efficiently and safely. Our team operates its own heavy equipment for many site development tasks and utilizes modern project management tools to keep projects organized and transparent for our clients.

Staying current with new tools, materials, and building technologies is important to us, which is why our team regularly attends industry conventions, product demonstrations, and training seminars across the country.

Training and Professional Development

Construction methods, materials, and building standards are constantly evolving. Our team participates in workshops and training programs provided by manufacturers and industry organizations to stay informed on the products we install and the best practices for using them.

Whenever certifications are available for the tools or systems we work with, we pursue them so our team is properly trained and qualified.

Jobsite Safety

Safety is a priority on every project. Weekly safety meetings are conducted with our crews, and each jobsite is supported by a Job Site Safety Plan (JSSP) that outlines the safety procedures specific to that project.

Every jobsite is equipped with a safety tote that includes required documentation, OSHA and ANSI compliant first aid supplies, personal protective equipment, and fall protection gear. At least one team member on every project maintains current First Aid and CPR certification.

Community Involvement

Core Built believes in supporting the communities where we live and work. We are proud to sponsor local youth organizations such as the North Mason Youth Soccer Club and look forward to continuing to support programs that bring families and communities together.
